Road teams dominate week 13 in the NFL

Going into the Sunday night football game between the home team (Minnesota Vikings) and the road team (Chicago Bears), 10 out of 11 road teams won. The lone exception was Tampa Bay who topped the Saints at home. This is an incredible statistic to me. It's extremely hard to win in the NFL, yet alone on the road. On Thanksgiving the home team won 2 out of the 3 games, with the defeated Detroit Lions being the only team to lose at home.
